Pen stopped working after 2 days n refil is leaking shared video to Customercare n the pick up is done 2 wks before n waiting for new pen n no update t regarding the new one

Ink doesn't work. Pen doesn't write

Extremely dissappointed. The ink doesn't work. And I have to pay for the shipping and a partial value of the pen as well. This is completely fraudulent. They don't sell genuine products. The pilot Vpens that I ordered weren't upto the mark either
