I ordered a mitsubishi pen for Rs.780 plus shipping charges from scooboo.in. On receiving my order, I found that the ink flow of pen was inconsistent and within 30 minutes of receipt, I placed a return request. I was told that return request would be approved only after I share video, which I did. Inspite of faulty pen clearly seen in video, my request was initially rejected. I shared more pics and videos after which finally my return request was approved. But this was with many conditions and I don't understand the reason. I was told that refund will be solely at their discretion and they can deny a refund or replacement. Also return pickup charges of Rs.50 would be deducted from my paid amount. I had no option but to send it back with their conditions. The return pickup guy checked the product thoroughly and after being convinced, took for return. I am awaiting a refund for the returned product. I hope the company processes my refund soon. The experience was very bad. I felt like I'm at the mercy of company to seek refund for a faulty product delivered. The customer care number is difficult to reach as calls are unanswered most of the times. It is better to shop from platforms like Amazon where returns are not a hassle and shipping over certain amount is free. Also faster delivery and faster refunds.
