I had ordered this product for a friend's birthday on the 16th of August. Her birthday's long past, but I am yet to receive the order. The tracking details show no progress since the 19th of August. I contacted customer service a few days ago for which they told me I needed to wait for 24 hours - if it wasn't delivered within the time frame, they would mark it for RTO ( return to origin). This was three days ago. I don't know what 24 hours means to them but going by normal standards, it was 2 days ago. They keep telling me I will receive my refund after they mark it for RTO and they go back on their word and tell me the same thing the next day. It's not unlike talking to a machine that tries to placate you while giving you no proper solution. Attaching proof of my order:
