I received this along with other pens and it doesn’t write well after I removed the rubber cap / seal it skips letters and is very rough something is wrong with nib. I interacted with the Helpdesk but they don’t give me a replacement. Inspite of me suggesting if I could d liver that pen to them. Least customer centric horrible service I will never buy again from you guys - [****]
