• Vert de Gris: the originality of the colour is based on both grey and green tones. From the corrosion of copper, greyish combines with both light and dark colours for a rendering of both soft and deep writing. Jacques Herbin is the oldest name in pen inks in the world. "The Jewel of Inks" was created in Paris in 1670.
• Herbin uses all natural dyes in their fountain pen inks. They are mainly composed of water, humectant to limit drying at the level of the pen and preservative to preserve their qualities over time.
• This natural composition is reflected in the very neutral pH of the inks. The dyes used have been specially selected to offer the richest color range on the market. Finally these inks are finely filtered so as not to clog the pens.
• This ink is for pens, never mix this ink with another. Before filling ink pot or fountain pen, rinse thoroughly. Shake the bottle well before filling the writing instrument for best results.
