Ink colour changed

Previously I ordered this pen set and loved its ink flow and colour. But on my current purchase the colour of ink is changed, it’s now much like gem pen ink then roller ball pen ink.

Please clarify this

Horrible

Horrible to say the least.
Torn in 3 different places.
The entire cover on top is sticky with residual glue.
No response from the team despite mailing twice for exchange.

Was not the size I wanted to order

Had dropped an email with all the details for an exchange or refund but no reply to the email. It is already past 7 days now. Size is way small and after sales response and service is not proper
