Ink colour changed

Previously I ordered this pen set and loved its ink flow and colour. But on my current purchase the colour of ink is changed, it’s now much like gem pen ink then roller ball pen ink.

Please clarify this

Horrible

Horrible to say the least.
Torn in 3 different places.
The entire cover on top is sticky with residual glue.
No response from the team despite mailing twice for exchange.
Do Not buy from here

Was not the size I wanted to order
