Cancellation & Returns

We promise to offer awesome products! If any product doesn’t make you happy, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Scooboo’s current return policy permits a full refund for purchases of products within seven (7) days of your purchase date, minus the cost of shipping. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Partial returns are allowed. However, if your purchase was made in the period of special promotional offer, contest or any special scheme then special conditions will apply. All purchase transactions made through the Site are subject to Scooboo’s return policy in effect at the time of purchase. We may modify our return policy from time to time so you should check these each time prior to making a purchase on the Site. For items to be eligible for a return, they must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept returns for items purchased on www.scooboo.in

How long does it take to receive my refund ?

Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse for your refund email confirmation to send. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.

Cancellation Policy 

Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, however, you may apply for return once you have received the order. You will be responsible for paying for the cost of shipping to return your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
